I have been doing pilates with Beata for a few years and since Coronavirus have done both pilates and yoga with her on Zoom. She is a 'life saver' ! Her classes are excellent. In pilates one feels stimulated and stretched (in a nice way), and yoga leaves one feeling relaxed and calm. My body is more flexible and I feel fitter so that I can enjoy a better quality of life.
